It is your responsibility to notify the Referee assignor of scheduled and non scheduled games. Requests must be submitted by the Monday prior to your upcoming weekend games. Priority will be given to the VDMHA.
Note: There will be no guarantee of referee's if you request with less than 48 hours notice of game time. Referee's from outside the VDMHA may be entitled to compensation for the mileage to and from their location to Vegreville and/or Mundare.
